Langwe ateljé
My studio has eight workshop spaces equipped for bookbinding, letterpress printing and handpapermaking with a specially built mill for grinding plant fibers. In the small library there is the opportunity to delve into book craft and related areas.
I arrange courses throughout the year, both my own and with interesting guest teachers. There are also opportunity to receive private instruction and advice regarding book craft and its design for a publication or exhibition. It is also possible to rent workshop space for your own work and studies. You can also come here as a group to craft together and socialize.
It is easy to get to my workshop, which is within walking distance from Mora travel center where the train comes directly from Arlanda. My studio is also next door to Kristinebergs Bed & Breakfast and Hotel Kung Gösta.

I am happy to help creating an outdoor program during your stay. Shorter walks are available near the studio or you can combine your stay with hiking the Siljan Trail that stretches around both lakes. I have experience of places to go kajaking in Orsasjön, Siljan and the Österdalälven - a river that flows right outside my studio. In winter there is also of course the Vasaloppet arena with well-groomed ski tracks both day and evening. At Saxviken, ”Orsa Mora Skating” plows both skating and walking tracks every winter.
At the Zorn Museum, Zorngården and the Textile Chamber you can study textile folk art and take part in a fascinating history as you get to know the Zorn couple. More tips can be found at VisitDalarna.
