Payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Shipping and packaging costs are additional and specified at checkout. Payment is made via PAYPAL.

Delivery
Delivery time (example: 3–7 business days within Sweden). Shipping provider within Sweden: PostNord.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date you receive the book. The book must be returned in undamaged condition. If the book is custom-made (e.g., signed, with a personal dedication, or a unique artistic edition), the right of withdrawal does not apply. The buyer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Claims
You always have a 3-year right to make a claim under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. If you wish to make a claim, please contact us at monica@langwe.se.
